Cross the Peace Bridge to Fort Erie, Ontario. Follow the QEW past Niagara Falls to Exit #38, turn right, and then left at lights in front of Hilton Garden Inn, turn right at next light (Airport Road). Airport Road ends at Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road), turn right and follow Hwy 55 through Virgil, continuing on to Mary Street. Turn left on Mary Street. and then first left again on to Butler Street, cross John Street and 530 is on the left with a white picket fence.

Cross bridge and you are on Hwy 405, take the first exit at Stanley Avenue. Turn left on to Townline Rd, then at bottom of hill turn right on to Four Mile Creek Road, follow through St. Davids to Virgil and turn right at lights on to Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road), continuing on to Mary Street. Turn left on Mary Street and first left again on to Butler Street, cross John Street and 530 Butler is on the left with a white picket fence. From Toronto, ON:
Follow QEW Niagara past St. Catharines and over the Garden City Skyway. Take Exit #38B, Glendale Avenue North, turn right and over QEW, through next stop light and then turn left in front of Hilton Garden Inn, turn right at next light (Airport Rd.). Airport Road ends at Hwy 55 (Niagara Stone Road), turn right and follow Hwy 55 through Virgil, continuing on to Mary Street. Turn left on Mary Street. and then first left again on to Butler Street, cross John Street and 530 is on the left with a white picket fence.
